Blog Post!

Today's blog post is all about making "styles" for Polarr! Polarr is a super cool photo editor, and I am going to edit some photos in this post as well as show you how to make your own presets! Check it out using the button below!

Free Filters!

On top of the filters in the blog post, I also made three more for you as a newsletter subscriber! You can visit them by clicking through the button below! The steps are fairly simple for using them too. Let me know if you have any problems!

Site Updates and Improvements!

As always, I worked on improving the site and the performance should be up in some places, sadly speed was lost in other places. The homepage has a new photo and quote! I did a few minor upgrades to the blog page and newsletter sign up form. Visit the homepage using the button below!

Photography News!

If you missed last week's email, I am now including this section with photography news about cameras, leaks, and updates! I forgot to add links last week but this week you should be able to click through to the articles.

- Cactus, a well known lighting company, officially reported that it had ceased operations back in December.

- Sony released two new mirrorless cameras, although there was not a major announcement about them...

- Canon continues to discontinue lenses, and it is rumored that it may be part of the push to move to all mirrorless cameras.

- Earlier this week, it came out that Google Pixels would be getting a new chip made by Google! This could bring some major advancements in the future of Google Pixel Photography!

- Another thing from last week, Pentax released a wildly impressive DSLR which proved to a lot of people that DSLR's are not going away any time soon. Kind of ironic considering Canon's decision over the discontinuation of DSLR lenses. 😂

- New leaks have come out about the DJI Air 2s!

- I almost put an article here about solar-powered cameras... Until I realized the article came out on April 1st. 🤦‍♂️

- Next, the Google Pixel April update came out! Surprisingly, it isn't a feature drop but brought impressive performance boosts and 3rd party camera improvements!

- Finally, the last news for today is the expansion of Canon's mirrorless lens selection. See this article for the long list of new lenses coming soon!

That's It!

I hope that you have a wonderful week everyone! I'd love to know if you like the filters, I am probably going to be making more soon so keep an eye out for that!
