Hello Everyone!

Happy Friday! Today I have three posts for you, the weekly news round-up, and some updates from my socials! Okay, Lets get into it!

Photoshop - Main Blog!

This week, I got to try out the FULL version of Photoshop!!! Thank you so much to the wonderful person who helped me get my hands on it! I walk through a few edits and also touch on Camera Raw as well! You can check out the post with that fabulous blue button below!

Photoshop Elements - Back on Behance!

I haven't done a Behance post in so long and luckily had the chance to finish up this Behance post last week! I wanted to save it for this week, though. I went through an edit in Photoshop Elements 2020! Check it out using the black button below!

Insta Famous! - Medium Post

Okay, so not actually. πŸ˜‚ I did hit 100 follows on Instagram a bit ago and despite having a bad posting schedule recently, I have managed to get a few more follows (and unfollows 😒). Either way, when using IG Business (what I use), you get a little perk once you it 100 follows, and I talked about it in this week's Medium post! You can check it out with that vibrant pink button below!

Photocrowd Milestone!

This week I also hit my first major milestone in follows (apart from one follow πŸ˜‚). I have 25 follows over there! I haven't posted in such a long time, but you all luckily are still there and ready to like and comment on my posts! I entered a few contests and that butterfly shot might get a second award in the top 50%! I am sitting at about 35% right now, so if a few more ratings go through, I would be able to have a better award!

NEWS!!!

Now, the part of this newsletter where I get to kill my fingers typing! πŸ˜‚ It is time for this week's news! Last week, I missed two news articles!

- Microsoft rumours are everywhere, with the verge saying that the next version of Windows is coming. We are going to find out on June 24th when they have a keynote, just like Google, Apple, Samsung, and literally every other company.

- Google Pixel Tips (the app) had code hinting at an astrovideo mode. Spoiler Alert, it came out!

Now for this week's news! As always, don't forget that you can click on the text to read an article about this stuff!

- Capcom (a Japanese video game company) got sued for $12 million! They screwed up and stole the wrong photographers work!

- Google, Apple, Microsoft, and even Mozilla are working towards standardizing browser extension development FINALLY!

- If you want to buy a Gorillapod, now is the time to do so! They were $30 off, hopefully by the time you read this, it is still on sale

- Samsung is working on a... Stretch OLED screen????? What????????????!!! Screens and stretch just don't seem right in the same sentence.

- A Windows update is rolling out... I got it and I had to restart my computer: TWICE! Overall, it did fix some bugs, but my microphone is still broken so...

- A super rare Canon lens went on sale for $100,000!!! Someone is getting rich πŸ˜‚.

- Samsung is probably about to reveal the next Samsung sensor with ISOCELL technology!

- Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit all had an outage at the same time 😱! Is the world ending?!!!  Nope, it was a CDN provider trying to end the world πŸ˜‚.

- Samsung released the June security update... Do they ever add new features with these??? Nope, but they are fixing a crash in the camera app for the S21.

- They are back! The rumours of a foldable Pixel are back! Even though the rumours for Pixels have been so bad, we are going to have to believe the new rumours about a foldable pixel... Why? IDK.

- Google is killing the first ever AR powered measuring app. It was what the iPhone measure app was based off and every measure app on the Play Store. I still have it installed, so I can still have a buggy measure app that takes ten minutes to calibrate! Yay!

- Windows 10 updates have been paused and so you don't have to worry about buggy updates for a bit. If you have bugs like a broken microphone, they won't be fixed. Anyways... This is hinting at the Windows 11 release for the June 24th Keynote.

- The next version of Oxygen OS adds HDR video to select OnePlus devices.

- More case renders are coming out for the Pixel 6. Those case companies can never keep a secret. It is like Google gives them the phone design for the sole purpose of having them tell the world about it. Hey, the Rhinosheild listing of the 5a is still up from when I found it!

- Astrovideo, or Astrophotography Timelapse (if you want a long name) is out on Pixels. Sadly, I have yet to get the update even though it has been out for 4 days now... hmm.

- The listings for the 4a5G are disappearing. Google may be discontinuing this device before the 4a??? Yeah, it makes absolutely no sense, but that is what rumours say.

- Okay, Olympus release their first ever Digital Camera under the new ownership!

- Adobe finally launched the M1 version of Lightroom and other programs almost half a year after the release of the chip... Also, the M2 was rumoured to so... Adobe has some work to do.

- The second Android 12 beta is out for select devices! It brought Material you colour design to Android!

- Google is also working on turning on animations so that you can have Pixels turn on depending on where you press... Does anyone look that closely at their phone? It is cool but, I don't think that most users will even care. (I care Google, don't worry!)

- Fujifilm was hacked and wanted to be paid to give back the stolen information.Well, Fujifilm just said no and is relying on server backups to recover information. It's alright, APPARENTLY, "highly confident that no loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized use or disclosure of our data, or our customers' data, on Fujifilm Europe's systems has been detected". Yeah, they are "highly confident!"

- Google just released the Google Photos video editor for IOS! I am just saying, if I were Google, I would make the video editor exclusive to Pixels.

- The collab between Google and Samsung continues, and it is expected that the first watch made by them is releasing next month. Yeah, Google and Samsung like collabing on watches but when it comes to phones, you better believe that they'll release ads to attack Samsung...

- Google's second Android 12 beta was buggy and reminds me why I don't put the beta on my everyday phone. This actually broke the streak of Android 12 betas being totally stable...

- I promise, this is the last thing about the beta! The beta brought new charging animations to phones. I have nothing to make fun of for this... They actually look pretty nice.

- Google made a release to tell us how to create the new web stories on a website! Luckily, WordPress added this already, so I can be lazy and not have to code it!

- The University of Ottowa has been researching to make lenses that don't exist... No, actually, it is a special thing in the sensor that eliminates it. I don't entirely understand it, but it could be cool!

- A company made an "Anti-Social" photo editing app, as PetaPixel calls it. Now we can spy on random people's lives, just what I always wanted! Okay, jokes aside, it is actually a challenge/experiment of sorts to see if it would catch on. It has 25,000 downloads... They only released it on IOS which is Ironic since they had a budget of $10,000 and releasing on Android costs less.

- A "revolutionary" tripod was delayed three months. Sorry for that pun. You'll see in the article what I mean.

- Google Lens is used 3 Billion times a month and... Apple just released a competitor! Wow! Good job Apple. Quite a lot of people are mad at Apple since all the features released were things that have been on Android for years.

- Apple also brought FaceTime to Android, Windows, Oxygen, Chromebooks, everything! Basically, if an iPhone user sends you the link, then you can literally join on every device. This is totally not a result of Apple vs Epic... yeah, totally! πŸ˜‚

- Huaweii is loosing sales, fast. After the US ban, sales were bad, but SlashGear reports that it is horrible now! Sales are down to 14 million from the before 300 million!

- Samsung is reportable shrinking Pixels even more with a sensor, which I don't really understand.

That is all the news for this week, meaning it is time to end off today's Newsletter! Thank you so much for reading! Always feel free to share with buttons that I have no clue how to insert!

Thank you!
